The data controller is Av. Mario Prendi, operating under the legal standards of the Republic of Albania and international data standards where applicable (including GDPR parameters for European residents).
2. Collection of Information
We collect information provided directly by you when submitting a case review, booking a consultation, or registering user details. This includes name, email, phone number, location, and uploaded files containing legal records.
3. Storage & Protection of Legal Files
Any document uploaded as part of a case request is stored in a private Supabase Storage Bucket. Access to these files is restricted via Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that only the client who uploaded the file and the administrative staff (Av. Mario Prendi) can view or retrieve them.
4. Retention Policy
Legal records are retained only for the duration required to evaluate or execute the legal service. You may request deletion of your account and related metadata at any time by contacting us directly.
