1. Nature of the Platform
Legalist is a digital gateway enabling clients to interact with Av. Mario Prendi for legal representation in Albania. In this MVP version, the platform represents the digital legal office of Av. Mario Prendi, and does not serve as a multi-professional marketplace or legal directory.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
The use of this website, the submission of a case inquiry, the upload of documents, or communication via email/WhatsApp does not establish a formal attorney-client relationship. A formal relationship is created only when Av. Mario Prendi explicitly accepts representation in writing and a corresponding retainer or agreement is executed.
3. Fee Structures & Payments
Fixed fees (such as initial consultations) are paid upfront to secure a scheduled meeting block. Retainers and quote fees for custom services are specified in formal written quotes. All payments represent a fee for service evaluation and legal analysis, and do not constitute any form of outcome guarantee.
4. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
